BEAR-PAW REGIONAL GREENWAYS’ ANNUAL MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 9TH, 2008 DEERFIELD N.H., February 14, 2008 – Bear-Paw Regional Greenways hosted more than 100 members and guests at Coe-Brown Northwood Academy for its Annual Meeting on Saturday, February 9th. A business meeting included a presentation showing the conservation successes of 2007 and land protection projects in progress for 2008. The Annual Meeting’s guest speaker was Christine Schadler (wildcaniddefender@yahoo.com), a wolf and coyote researcher who has spent 28 years studying these wild canids. CHRIS SCHADLER TO SPEAK AT BEAR-PAW REGIONAL GREENWAYS’ ANNUAL MEETING ON FEBRUARY 9TH, 2008 DEERFIELD N.H., January 20, 2008 – Bear-Paw Regional Greenways invites their members, friends, and the public to its Annual Meeting scheduled for February 9th, 2008. Bear-Paw will be celebrating the completion of three conservation easements, almost 115 acres, and it now holds easements protecting 19 properties and 1,163 acres. BEAR-PAW REGIONAL GREENWAYS IN THE FORUM DEERFIELD N.H., March 10, 2007 – Deerfield Warrant Article #1 asks residents if they are in favor of purchasing 176.5 acres of open space land near Mt. Bear-Paw celebrated the addition of five conservation easements and almost 220 acres to their list of lands protected! BEAR-PAW REGIONAL GREENWAYS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2006 NH / SOUTHERN MAINE COMBINED FEDERAL CAMPAIGN! DEERFIELD N.H., August 31, 2006 – Bear-Paw Regional Greenways has been approved to participate in the 2006 New Hampshire / Southern Maine Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) supported by Federal Employees. The CFC is the world’s largest workplace giving campaign. In 2005, the CFC for NH and Southern Maine was extremely successful – raising over $900,000 for non-profit organizations.
