Conservation Lands
With our members, local landowners, communities, and other project partners, Bear-Paw has protected over 7,400 acres across our 11 town region. This map shows conservation properties in and around the with the properties that Bear-Paw owns ("Preserves") or holds conservation easements on shown in red. Many of these properties remain in private ownership and public access is often at the discretion of the landowners. For more information on any property, please contact Bear-Paw, your town, or the owner.
This map can be expanded to a full page on your computer or linked to a map on your phone to use "in the field". Bear-Paw is planning to add more functionality to our online maps so that you can easily find information on our properties and other conservation lands in the region.
