Development Operations Coordinator

Bear-Paw is seeking a tech-savvy, hyper-organized individual to lead our donor data systems and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This part-time position will manage our Neon CRM database, process gifts, maintain donation records, prepare regular reports, and coordinate communications lists. You'll also play a supporting role in general office systems by keeping core operations on track.

The ideal candidate is self-directed, dependable, and energized by building and maintaining structure. You’re the kind of person who loves cleaning up spreadsheets, spotting patterns in donor behavior, and turning a messy workflow into a clean checklist. You’re proud to be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps a mission-driven nonprofit running.
